Abstract
Men's health, a rapidly evolving field, requires a multidisciplinary approach to meet the comprehensive needs of men. Initially focused on testosterone replacement, men's health clinics now address a broader spectrum of issues including endocrinology, urology, physical performance, and mental health. The expansion of this field necessitates focusing on future developments such as pharmacies, telemedicine, and the wider distribution of healthcare services.

Introduction
Men's health has historically received limited attention despite clear gender disparities in health outcomes. For instance, in the U.S., male life expectancy is notably lower than female life expectancy, with men facing higher risks for various health issues. Men's general reluctance to seek medical help has exacerbated these disparities. The spotlight on men's health grew significantly with the commercial availability of treatments like sildenafil for erectile dysfunction (ED) and was further propelled by global movements such as "Movember." This review aims to define men's health clinics and outline future advancements in this sector, particularly concerning sexual and reproductive health.

What is a Men's Health Clinic?
Men's health clinics have evolved from for-profit testosterone centers to encompass a wider range of services. Academic medical centers have begun to integrate comprehensive men's health services, addressing needs beyond testosterone therapy, including urologic issues, ED, mental health, and more. The rise in urology fellowship programs reflects the growing need for specialized men's health experts.

Future of Men's Health Clinics
The future of men's health clinics includes the development of pharmacies offering cost-effective ED treatments and the rise of telemedicine, which allows for more accessible and private healthcare. The use of telemedicine in men's health is particularly significant for sensitive issues like ED, providing convenient and immediate solutions. Additionally, research into male contraception is progressing, aiming to balance contraceptive responsibilities between genders.

Current State of Men's Health Centers
Despite being a recent phenomenon, men's health clinics now provide an array of treatments for ED and other issues. However, many for-profit clinics offer limited services, highlighting the need for comprehensive care that includes preventative medicine and addresses underlying health concerns.

Conclusion
Men's health is a distinct discipline that requires specialized training to address the full spectrum of men's health needs effectively. The increase in men's health fellowships underscores the importance of training healthcare professionals in this comprehensive and evolving field.
